Surah Ta-Ha (20:81) reminds believers of the importance of a balanced and nutritious diet, stating, “Eat of the good things which We have provided for your sustenance, but commit no excess therein, lest My wrath should justly descend on you: and those on whom descends My wrath do perish indeed!” As Islamic scholars, we are mindful of our dietary choices, seeking a balanced intake of essential nutrients while avoiding excessiveness. - Gratitude and Thankfulness:
